Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Weswide Shots is not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist in tracking the package and resolving the issue with the carrier.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. Provide photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Once an order is placed, we may not be able to make changes to it, including the shipping address or product selection. If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed.
